Some of you may remember last year when Tonio Creanza from Famiglia Creanza gave a talk and sampling of olive oil. The evening ended in the garden with a rustic menu hailing from Tonio's home region of Italy, Puglia. It was the stand out night of 2012 for me, an unseasonably warm night, followed by crusty bread, burrata, squid and fennel salad, dandelion greens with fava beans and 42 people crammed into our backyard. This year will be smaller, 24 people and if the demand is there, we'll add an extra seating on the saturday. Hopefully the weather holds out, if not, thankfully we are resourceful!
